Perhaps a daily tracker is not ideal - can be a downer. Can you, would you check weekly instead?
Make sure to take at least one day off from strenuous exercise so your body can recover and do better. It may even kick-start further weight losses, provided your body isn't saying "This far and no farther".
I should weigh in weekly instead. And I'm hoping to get into the same range as I was in between Alex and David so I know it's doable on some level. I will never weigh what I did in high school.
